Welcome to the "Kuckucksnest," your cozy attic holiday apartment in a Christian family home on the edge of the Black Forest. Here, where the cuckoo calls and the seasons are still tangible, you will find a place of peace, nature, and comfort. Location & Surroundings The apartment is located in Villingen, a charming town with a historic old center—perfect for strolling, enjoying, and exploring. Its central location is ideal for excursions in all directions: the first ski lifts in the Black Forest are just 15 minutes away. Highlights such as Feldberg, Lake Constance, Europa-Park, Strasbourg, or the Rhine Falls in Schaffhausen can be reached in about an hour. Right outside your door, hiking and cycling trails, forests, meadows, old Black Forest farms, and tranquil nature invite you to explore. Apartment Features The comfortable attic apartment offers about 60 m² with two bedrooms, each with a 140 cm bed, a living area with a pull-out couch, large panoramic windows under the flat roof with views of greenery, and air conditioning in all rooms. The kitchenette is equipped with two hobs, an oven, a fridge, and basic supplies. The bathroom has a shower and WC. Breakfast & Services Breakfast can be booked on request—either in the house or served to the attic. Front and back garden areas may be used by arrangement, including a barbecue. A shuttle service to or from Villingen station is available on request for an extra charge. Linen change during your stay is also possible for an extra charge.
